• Yes — every laptop purchase comes with a 90-day Guarantee (if in original condition). After that, warranty provisions apply.

What condition must the item be in to return?

• The item must be in original condition, with all accessories, cables, and packaging intact. No physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of misuse.

When will I get my Returns?

• After we inspect the returned item (usually within a few business days), the Returns will be processed.
