What warranty do you provide?

  • Used laptops come with a 3-month warranty.

What is not covered by warranty?

  • Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken parts), spill or liquid damage, misuse, accidents, voltage spikes, software issues, viruses, system corruption, unauthorized repair, normal wear & tear, loss of data or software, accessories or packaging outside the core device.

How do I claim warranty/repair?

  • Contact our support via WhatsApp with proof of purchase and description of the issue. We’ll evaluate and may request to send the unit. Based on fault, once we receive the unit we will repair or replace (with equivalent model), or refund (if repair/replacement isn’t possible).

Can I get my device repaired elsewhere?

  • No — doing so voids the warranty.
